Our Special Projects Facility offers +500 linear feet of dock space and 75-acres of mixed-use heavy Industrial on Bayou Boeuf near the intersection of the Intracoastal Canal (ICW) suitable for vessels with a Max Air Draft of 74’ and a maximum width of 120’, capable of achieving a bottom draft of less than 20’ (6m). These facilities include office space, waterfront services, and a bulk headed waterfront with easy, unobstructed access to the ICW and US Hwy. 90
