Our Deepwater Facility offers +400 linear feet of dock space and +6-acres of heavy Industrial on Bayou Boeuf near the intersection of the Intracoastal Canal (ICW) suitable for vessels of any size or air draft, capable of achieving a bottom draft of less than 20’ (6m). These facilities include sloped keyway for dry dockings, office space, waterfront services, and a bulk headed waterfront with easy, unobstructed access to the ICW and US Hwy. 90
