Our Amelia Shipyard facilities are a combined +200-acres of mixed-use Industrial Sites located in Port Fourchon, LA and Amelia, LA on Bayou Boeuf and Bayou Black near the intersection of the Intracoastal Canal (ICW) suitable for vessels of any size or air draft, capable of achieving a bottom draft of less than 20’ (6m). These facilities include Dry docks, Travel Lifts, office space, waterfront services, and bulk headed waterfront docks with easy, unobstructed access to the Intracoastal Canal (ICW), Bayou Chene, Avoca Island Cutoff and the Gulf of Mexico. We are 2 miles from US Hwy. 90 (Interstate 49 Corridor) and have complete access to Rail Infrastructure at our East Yard.
